How we handle your information.

This website is run by Amanah Solutions FZ-LLC, licensed in Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (“Amanah”, “we”, “us”). For anything about this policy or your information, write to info@amanahdatasolutions.com.

This website has no accounts or analytics. We receive personal information only when you choose to send it to us, by requesting a briefing through the form on our Contact page or by emailing us. The briefing form asks for:

• your name and work email address
• your organisation, and whether you are with a financial institution, a regulator or a government body, or are an investor or partner
• anything you choose to add about what you would like to cover

When you send the form, those details are emailed to us straight away; the website does not keep a copy. If you email us directly, we receive what you write, including any attachments.

Like any website, the servers that deliver it record technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. This is handled by our hosting provider.

We use the information you send us to:

• reply to you and arrange a briefing if you ask for one
• keep a record of our correspondence with you

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

This website does not set cookies. It stores one small value in your browser’s session storage so that the opening screen is not shown again as you move between pages. It holds no personal information and is removed when you close the tab.

We share information only with service providers that handle it on our behalf, such as the service that delivers briefing requests to us by email (currently Resend), our email provider and our website hosting provider (currently Vercel), or where the law requires us to.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UAE. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards they provide under applicable law.

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond to you and for our business records, then delete it.

Under UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you, and give you a copy
• correct information that is wrong
• delete your information, or stop using it
